The Vandenberg a.k.a. how to sink millions of dollars
Tis the tale of the boat everyone's been waiting for - The U.S.S. Vandenberg, which was a WWII warship in it's day. I believe it to be tragically pretty.
Currently there is a lien of $1.6 million dollars on it and it cannot be sunk as planned until that debt is paid off by the city. Baby's on layaway! Everyone has been fighting about this boat for months, maybe years. The goal is to create an artificial reef for divers and students to explore.
It looks like a big double wide trailer that's seen better days and is awaiting it's fate. Hell, it's even got dish TV.
